Terms and Conditions

  • A minimum charge of 1 hour at the appropriate rate will be applied to all work undertaken
  • Written acceptance (via email or post) of any quotation provided, together with these Terms & Conditions is required prior to commencement of the work
  • Invoices will be issued within one week of completion of the work with payment due strictly within 14 days of the date of the invoice
  • Payment is accepted via BACS or cheque
  • Late payment may result in charges being imposed at the rate of 5% of the total outstanding per month
  • Cancellation:  a client may cancel any work prior to its commencement without charge
  • If cancellation is requested after work has commenced, then a pro-rata charge will become applicable for the work already undertaken
  • Once a contract/quotation has been agreed any changes to that contract may incur additional charges which will be agreed at the time
  • Final responsibility for any work undertaken rests with the client.  Any errors or omissions will be undertaken free of charge if notified within 3 days of receipt of the work by the client
  • No liability or responsibility is accepted for the content of any material supplied by the client and transcribed, copied or edited on the client's behalf
  • All work provided by the client will be kept strictly confidential and unless requested otherwise will be deleted after a period of 4 weeks
