Terms and Conditions
All charges agreed before any contract entered into
Invoices to be paid strictly within 14 days of the date of the invoice
Payment is accepted via BACS or cheque
Late payment may result in charges being imposed at the rate of 5% of the total outstanding per month
Cancellation: a client may cancel any work prior to its commencement without charge
If cancellation is required after work has commenced, a pro-rata charge will be applicable
All work provided by the client will be kept strictly confidential
Any errors or omissions will be undertaken free of charge if notified within 3 days of receipt of the work by the client
Final responsibility for any work undertaken rests with the client
